Set forth below are the Cancellation Policies issued by Sunergia Travel Group and applies to every client, and their guests, as set forth by the Sunergia Travel Group. By completing any Reservation, You, the client, and your guests expressly agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms as stated below and as may be amended from time to time. Such modifications and amendments to have the same force and effect as those set forth below. Failure to accept The acceptance of the "Cancellation Policy" in the time frame and manner determined by Sunergia Travel Group and/or it's entitles. The Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to cancel Guest’s reservation without a refund at our discretion and where allowed by local, state, or federal law.
The Cancellation Policy of the Sunergia Travel Group are subject to change at any time. Such modifications and changes shall have the full force and effect as the cancellation policy issued at the time of reservation or completion of registration as applicable.
Please note that all payment dates, reservation policies, cancellation policies, and reservation changes, set forth in the Sunergia Travel Group Travel Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase supersede those policies set forth in our vendors polices at our discretion and where allowed by local, state, or federal law.
All cancellations will only be accepted in writing once the booking is completed. Email your cancellation request to cancellations@sunergiatravelgroup.com with your invoice number, full name, and travel date. Once your email has been received and acknowledge, you are required complete our cancellation request form that will be sent to you via email to complete the cancellation process. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 614-604-7633 to ensure your information was received.
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons, Sunergia Travel Groupe must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive and acknowledge your cancellation in writing. Cancellation fees as below apply to air, land land cruise packages and/or services.
For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking. In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
Name changes due to incorrect information being provided will incur a $250 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and will require re-booking of the reservation. Replacing a traveling guest with another traveling guest constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Name Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.
Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to charge additional fees for returned payments, late payments, missed payments, canceled cards, charge-backs, credit card changes, invalid credit cards, and cancellations as a result of a Guest’s failure to comply with these Terms, and Conditions of Reservation.
If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $100.00 USD will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services. All cancellations will only be accepted in writing once the booking is completed. If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $250 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within reinstatement within 14 days, the reinstatement of the booking thereafter will be at the current prevailing rate, plus $100.00 USD, please email us at reinstate@sunergiatravelgroup.com to ensure your reinstatement request information was received. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 614-604-7633 to ensure your information was received.
Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to change the cancellation policy as needed to comply with local, state, and federal laws.
The Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) does not own the ship or properties or operate any entity that provides goods or services for your trip, including, third party clients, and/or direct clients, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground operators, guides, sightseeing companies, entertainment, food or drink service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, Guest agrees Sunergia Travel Group is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity, nor is Sunergia Travel Group is responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity it does not own or control, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control , furthermore the Sunergia Travel Group is not responsible, nor shall be responsible to pay you the client and/or it's representatives for any type of compensation due to any third-party event sponsor and/or planner, travel agent/agency, travel vendor or supplier, domestic or foreign entities and/or organizations cancellation of any type and/or reason..
All guests are responsible for arriving at the travel location (including all airports, cruise ports, bus pick up locations, or anywhere we have designated you the guests need to be to commence their trip) in a timely manner and with all the documentation required for the reservation. The Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) is not responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses that the guest may incur and/or the guest’s inability to complete their reservation as outlined herein.
Further, he Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) shall not be liable for, any loss or damage as a result of causes of any kind beyond the reasonable control of the Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) (a “Force Majeure Event”), such as, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, stoppages of work or other labor difficulties, insurrection, riots, war, changes in laws and regulations and other acts or demands of civil, political or military authorities, freight embargoes, shipping restrictions, air travel delays or cancellations, car or truck shortages, inclement weather, accidents, fire, explosion, flood or unavoidable casualties, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, etc.
All Guests shall be liable for, any losses, Pass-Through Charges and any additional purchases made directly with the Sunergia Travel Group. All damages incurred by all guests to any vendor properties and/or cruise ships, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, including attorney fees, and agree to not hold the Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) responsible for their action during any part of the trip.
